Elevated queue times for API file conversions

Some users of the Developer API experienced elevated queue times for new file conversion jobs. Jobs were still submitted ok, but there was a delay in processing file conversions for them.

This issue was resolved in just over an hour by our operations team - All jobs which were delayed were then processed ok.

This issue was caused by a DDoS attack on an upstream DNS provider (DynDNS) which temporarily affected some parts of our infrastructure. You can read more about this issue at https://www.dynstatus.com/incidents/nlr4yrr162t8
